My Investing Strategy

Investing StrategyI serve as the Managing Partner of my joint ventures.  I oversee the direction of my investment property and plan to use it as a case study to bring along more financial properties in order to multiply our investments.  I would not be able to do this without my Power Team.  The core of real estate investing is mainly about managing the property as an investment.

I believe in pursuing real estate deals with the buy & hold exit strategy.  Whereby properties are held for average of 3 – 5 years on average and then either sold or refinanced.  This allows us to expand into additional investment properties.  We are investing in the single-family residential homes.  These selected properties need minimal rehab work and allows us to market for qualified tenants in a faster time-frame.

These properties based on their location are what we call “investment-grade” properties.  Due to the fact that I have a qualified team of professionals comprised of my Power Team, my job becomes real easy.  I listen to my team of experts and based on their findings, I approve of the best course of action to eventually produce positive cash-flow.  This is known as a proven real estate wealth system.
